Here are a few random tips to get you through the week.

Use a timer to keep you focused.  Set the timer for 30 minutes and try to work for that amount of time.

Use a calendar to plan your week.  Set aside time for your personal life and your work life.

Set up a schedule for your day.  Plan out your day and stick to it.

Create a “to-do” list for the week.  Use a calendar to keep track of your daily activities.

Set up a work space that’s conducive to your work.  If you work from home, set up a dedicated work space.

Take a break from social media and technology.  Turn off your phone and go for a walk or read a book.

Schedule your day out of order.  Start with the most important tasks first.
