Here are a few random tips to get your week started.


Schedule a time to do your most important task first thing in the morning.

Set up a daily schedule.  If you don’t have a schedule, you’ll be more likely to procrastinate.

Schedule your day.  Use your calendar to keep track of your daily activities.

Use the “do not disturb” feature on your phone.  Turn off all notifications so you can focus on your work.

Take a few minutes to write down your to-do list for the next day.  You’ll be more likely to accomplish your goals if you have a plan.

Set up a “to-do” list for the week and make sure you cross off each task as you complete it.

Use a timer to remind you to take breaks.
