How to Make Pancakes

 


Pancakes are easy to make and a delicious way to start your day.

 

Ingredients you need:

1 cup flour

1 cup milk

2 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

Butter and syrup

Instructions:

Mix the dry ingredients together with the milk and eggs and make a thick batter.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.  When hot, add enough butter to cover the bottom of the pan.

Add a small amount of batter and cook for about 2 minutes. Flip the pancake over and cook for another 2 minutes.

Serve with butter and syrup.
